Barbatos decides to try and take the mage out of the fight before it could cast any more spells, and high up as it was a sleep spell would hopefully do more than just delay them. Barbatos's attack on the flying kenku leaves the Kenku Wing Mage feeling drowsy and fighting to stay awake. Map (updates as positions change)

Harknail circles around the kenku heading towards Barbatos, ending up in front of them (B 22). He issues a Divine Challenge versus the kenku that had actually attacked Barbatos (#2). Then he finishes up with a Arc Of Vengeance, attacking both kenku. Attack #1: MSkGFvF2p_1-20+11 = 21 Attack #2: p_1-20+11 =23 Harknail slices both of the kenku with his blade (17 damage)1-20�1-20

The Cockatrice decides if it's going to pay attention to it's handler this round: S0aNo81hp_1-6 #3 directs it to attack Stravanya. So the Cockatrice flutters over to the body of the Owlbear (D19) and tires to bite her. Attack: p_1-20+10+2 = 28 vs AC (hit) Secondary Attack: p_1-20+8 = 11 vs Fort (miss) The Cockatrice was able to find a spot where it could nip her flesh through a gap in her armor, but fortunately it was not enough to start the petrification process.
Kenku #1 flutters away, ignoring Harknail and attacking Stravanya while flanking with the Cockatrice. Attack: p_1-20+8+3= 30 vs AC (hit) It hits Stravanya as it shifts away (8 hp). But it takes 5 damage for ignoring Harknail's divine sanction. This was enough to leave the kenku bloodied. But it throws off Harknail's sanction.
Kenku #2 learns from the mistakes of #1, and attacks Harknail as it flutters and shifts around him towards Barbatos. Attack: p_1-20+8 =14 (miss) But it's dagger was unable to penetrate the steel plated ancient warrior. And it was still subject to both Harknail's Divine Challenge and his Divine Sanction.
Kenku #3 flutters away from the Iron Cobra and joins with the Cockatrice in attacking Stravanya. Attack: p_1-20+8 =24 (hit) This kenku also hits Stravanya (for 9 HP)
Kenku #4 also joins the attack on Stravanya, fluttering past Zem to flank with #3 Attack: p_1-20+8+3 =17 (miss) But even with another kenku distracting Stravanya, it was not able to get through her defenses.
The Kenku Wing Mage yells out, "You will not defeat Atatakk that easily!" as he sends a murder of crows at Barbatos. Attack: p_1-20+10 =13 vs Ref (miss) It flutters a bit closer as it tries to stay awake while casting a spell. But it's too groggy to get the spell off correctly. Finally unable to keep it's eyes open, it stops flying and crashes to the ground. Perhaps you will defeat Atatakk that easily. Falling damage: p_1-1p_1-10 =11 Atatakk continued to sleep even as he hits the ground.

Barbatos ignites a fire shield to protect himself, concentrating on the larger groups of enemies and relying on his shadow cloak to distract the nearby attacker as he continued to cast spells.
Calling out to his companions, "the spellcaster is down, but only for a moment. Send the cobra to finish it". Barbatos trusted his companions own judgement on the matter but hoped his words might send one or more of the Kenku fleeing to protect their master.
Icy Terrain on D19 to catch #1, #3, and the cockatrice (note - you have two 18s on the map) oGHkGJHGp_1-20+11 vs ref = 31 (#1) p_1-20+11 vs ref = 31 (#3) p_1-20+11 vs ref = 26 (cockatrice)
p_1-6+7 cold damage and knocked prone p_1-6p_1-6 = 8 extra damage on the critical (21 damage total to #3 IIRC)

The kenku at the base of the tree (#2) does a double take when Barbatos apparently bursts into flames. His Icy Terrain lands the two kenkus on their keisters, with the Cockatice lending in a sprawl as it slides off the now slick body of the Owlbear. Both kenkus are now bloodied (#1 was already, now #3 is as well).
Map fixed to remove the duplicate row 18.

He will Resurgence Sun at coccatrace.
Flerx aim at the one at base of the tree.
+12+2 from flanking it+ anything for it being prone vs Ac RqH4WQX|p_1-20= 30+ it being prone if any...
Damage p_1-8p_1-8+6+ any damage extra from it being prone.
One ally 5 sq away can spend a healing surge. Umm well if i hit so far everyone looks ok hp wise but again im bit far to heal most of party but them at basically full or at full hp thats ok. So Stravanya gets the heal if she needs/ wants it.1-20�1-8�1-8

Zem moves up and climbs on the body of the Owlbear, but a part that isn't frozen and slick. From there he strikes down at the cockatrice with a Resurgent Sun attack. The scrawny bird lizard thing is tougher than it appears, though it is bloodied by the blow. Also a flair of golden radiance as Zem strikes heals Stravanya to almost full health.
OOC: Stravanya had moved before Zem did, so no flanking bonus. But you do get a +2 to hit on prone targets, so Zem still hit AC 30. The cockatrice's AC is nowhere near that high...

Following Zem's advice, Flerx declares kenku #2 to be her quarry, then sends 2 arrows in its direction. Attack #1: 2hcO3m4Ip_1-20+12 = 26 Attack #2: p_1-20+12 = 29 Damage #1: p_1-8+2+2 = 10 Damage #2: p_1-8+2+2 = 5 Damage Q: p_1-6 = 5 Flerx hits the kenku with both arrows, leaving the bird man bloodied.
Flerx also follows Barbatos's advice and sends the Iron Cobra after Atatakk. But being in the process of having its innards petrified slows the Iron Cobra 2 the point that it can't reach Atatakk. Saving throw: p_1-20 The petrification process continues, leaving the Iron Cobra immobile, barely able to move at all.1-20�1-20�1-8�1-8�1-6�1-20

Looking around the battlefield, Harknail sees that all the nearby enemies are bloodied, but that the distant kenku wing mage is still in good shape other than being unconscious, something that might end at any time. So he charges around #1 to swing down on the on wing mage. Attack: eTi3SecDp_1-20+11+2 = 25 Crit damage: 13+p_1-6p_1-6 = 20 Harknail stabs down at the sleeping foe. It might not be chivalrous, but Harknail was more concerned about protecting his living companions than he was in chivalry. He also activates his swords pinning ability to pin Atatakk to that spot.1-20�1-6�1-6

Cockatrice decides what to do: 99UFZwX|p_1-6 It decides to try and bite Zem, who had just hurt it. It climbs back to it's feet, then strikes. Attack: p_1-20+10 = 26 vs AC Secondary attack: p_1-20+8 = 27 vs Fort The Cockatrice finds a gap in Zem's armor and reaches flesh. This does 9 damage to Zem and starts the petrification process. Zem is now slowed.
Kenku #1 gets back to it's feet, then throws a dagger at Zem. Attack: p_1-20+8 =22 vs AC (hit) It hits for 8 points of damage, leaving Zem bloodied.
Kenku #2 changes targets and heads over to Stravanya, though it waits for it's ally #3 to get into position before it strikes. Attack: p_1-20+8+3 =21 vs AC (hit) Damage: p_1-4+6+p_1-6 =12 Thanks to it's ally distracting Stravanya, it manages to hit for 12 points.
Kenku #3 moves to flank Stravanya and then attacks at the same moment as #2. Attack: p_1-20+8+3 =22 vs AC (hit) Damage: p_1-4+6+p_1-6 =11 The combined attack worked, and #3 also hits, for 11 points. Neither would have hit if operating alone. But even the combined attack wasn't enough to bloody the razerclaw shifter again.
Kenku #4 just lays there. Being dead, it's hard for him to do anything else.
Barbatos, Flerx, and Harknail realize that the kenku moral is about to break. They are likely to try fleeing next round.

Please leave #3 so that i can give myself or cobra a save if i hit. The effect will wear off at the end of the battle won't it? The targets are bunched up enough now that Barbatos can roll in with some thunder and theatrics and blast three of them with a prismatic spray - but if you need #3 then Barbatos can hold back with an alternate action. (Pending Zems response) Wreathed in shadow and flame, one eye glowing a bright emerald as he advances upon them shouting arcane-sounding nonsense... Move to A22 and prismatic spray the pack. If any miss throw the orbs daily auto-daze effect at them (prioritising stunning the cockatrice) 2T_n75YBp_1-20+11 vs will -#1 p_1-20+13 vs will -cockatrice (inc bonus from emerald eye - minor activation) p_1-20+11 vs will -#3 p_1-6+7 radiant and dazed1-20�1-20�1-20�1-6

So yes please keep #3 alive if possible. ) If that is the case Barbatos will just step a square further forward and exclude #3 from the blast - though I think you are safe either way (and Barbatos's magic may not kill these things anyway)
The Barbatos could just act _after_ Zem...
