So zem gets 2 saves one from hit one at end of turn.

I know i have to choice it and actually it makes more sense to put it on second roll not first.

Here are the two saves first is from the quite possible hit on #3.

Yes, but he won't get a chance to use it until after the Iron Cobra has to roll at the end of its turn.

Just a reminder that Barbatos is still 10 feet up in a tree, with a levitating stone in his backpack that makes vertical elevation changes difficult. I don't see how he could get to A22. It will take 2 squares of movement just to pull himself back down to the ground.

Stravanya utters an oath, circles her target, then slices down with her full blade ending with the blade between the kenku's eyes after having cut through the top of it's skull. #2 joins the ranks of the fallen.

Zem slides off the body of the Owlbear, putting a little distance between himself and the cockatrice while he drinks a healing potion from his pack. He then called forth a green flame strike on #3, which damaged it but didn't kill it.

OOC: Dropped the Healing strike because that's a melee attack, and making a ranged attack while in melee range would have given them attacks of opportunity. You've already done a great job describing the saving throws

I just realized that Barbatos could get to B23, which would allow to him to hit all 3 targets and none of his allies. So I'm going with that.

The dazzling spring of colors from the burning Barbatos killed the remaining two kenku and damaged and dazed the Cockatrice.

OOC: Neither Barbatos nor Zem would have killed #3 by themselves, it took both of them to do so.

Flerx watched in horror as Zem was almost petrified, and in relief when he shook it off at the last moment. She gets a serious look on her face, then sends two arrows at the bird/lizard that almost petrified her love.
Attack #1: X4P4xx_Qp_1-20+12+2 = crit
Attack #2: p_1-20+12+2 = 21 (hit)
Damage #1: p_1-8p_1-8+2 = 6
Damage #2: p_1-8+2 = 3
Damage Q: p_1-6p_1-6 = 2

Both arrows hit their mark, but were only glancing blows that did not fell the aberration. So Flerx spent an action point to send another 2 arrows at it.
Attack #3: p_1-20+12+2 = 25 (hit)
Attack #4: p_1-20+12+2 = 30 (hit)
Damage #3: p_1-8+2 = 7
Damage #4: p_1-8+2 = 3

The Iron Cobra tried valiantly 2 approach the kenku wing mage, but was unable to make any headway due to its body stiffening.

Poking at the remains of the bird he wonders if something might be made of its remains, perhaps a wand or scroll that turned flesh to stone. With all the recent travelling he had little time for his research beyond the magical stone that he carried on his back.

Orva answered, "That's a Cockatrice. I know how to make an antidote for Cockatrice petrification, but it must be applied within the first 24 hours. I don't know if it will work on constructs though. But I'm not coming down till I know that Owlbear is dead. It might be faking death just to lure me within reach."
